Warehouse Operator / Picker [Malaysia]


 

Position Summary: -

The Order Picker / Warehouse Operator is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards/SLA for safety, security, and productivity. The Order Picker / Warehouse Operator is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

Key Responsibilities: -

Manages pick ticket orders.

  • Pulls warehouse items from the shelves/Bin location based on number, size, colour, quantity, and quality requirements.
  • Ensures that orders are accurate.
  • Stages items correctly for delivery.
  • Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed.
  • Ensures all order pick on time & met.
  • Maintains a high level of health and safety standards.
  • Packs warehouse orders as necessary.
  • Operates scanners so that the proper order is picked and accurately.
  • Performs other general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements: -

  • Possess at least SPM qualification/Diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Warehouse preferred.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and ERP system.
  • Experience Working with an RF Scanner Preferred.
  • Able to understand detailed instructions and work from procedures.
  • Ability to Stay on Feet for Long Periods of Time.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast Paced, Busy Environment.
  • Able to coordinate work within a team environment under limited supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Required)

Experience:

  • Warehouse: 1 year (Required)
