  • repare the Commercial Recommendation form as provided by the Client. R
  • eview the interim payment requests submitted by the Main Contractor (verification of actual quantities. accomplished at the site, calculation of the Engineering quantities as per the IFC drawings, cross-checking the unit rates with the approved contract). R
  • eview the interim payment requests submitted by the Sub Contractors and Suppliers (verification of actual quantities accomplished at the site, calculation of the Engineering quantities as per the IFC drawings, cross-checking the unit rates with the approved contract). A
  • ssessment of the works completed and not invoiced yet to calculate their accruals. P
  • repare all data associated with progress and cross-check it against the site inspection requests. P
  • rovide inputs for the weekly and monthly reports as deemed necessary. E
  • valuation of all Change Orders (quantities and unit rates). M
  • aintain a Log for Change Orders, including their submission dates, status, action by, impact on the overall forecast, etc. M
  • aintain an evolutive Cost Report, indicating Contract Price, variations – agreed and pending, claims and risks. P
  • articipate in Value Engineering workshops. E
  • xtend his responsibilities to other disciplines such as civil, concrete and steel structures as deemed necessary, although they form a minor part of the project scope. D
  • aily monitoring of contractor’s progress, including materials delivered, installed, dredged, labour resources employed, equipment resources utilized and other statistical management. P
  • rovision of Accumulation of statistical progress and resource data daily. P
  • rovision of Quantity estimates for progress payment purposes. P
  • rovision of Updated final quantity estimates based on actual progress data. P
  • rovision of progress data for schedule purposes. A
  • ssistance as required for the development of budgets and costs-at-completion. A
  • nalysis of EOT Claims and assessment of delay costs as required. C
  • ost analysis of alternative means and methods as required. I
  • nforms themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. P
  • erform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
B
  • achelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant from an accredited university in KSA. 1
  • 0+ years of experience on relevant projects. A
  • bility to work well under pressure and tight deadlines. K
  • nowledge of FIDIC contracts is highly preferred. E
  • xcellent command of written and spoken English. S
  • trong organizational and interpersonal skills. A
  • bility to work effectively both independently and in team environments. M
  • embership and status with professional organisations like the RICS and CIOB, will be an advantage. T
